My Preferences enables to perform general level and order level setting in the application.
This topic provides reference about:
Click My Account à My Preferences. The My Preferences page is displayed with various tabs: General, Market Watch, Order, Pivot Point Parameter, Options/Derivative Chain. By default, the General tab parameters are viewed. You can configure the following general settings:
Popup Alerts On - Set alerts on surpassing the said value for All, Trade Confirmation, Stop Loss Triggered, Frozen Order, Order Cancellation.
Close Order Entry window on submission of order.
Autolock Workstation in - Configure to lock the workstation if idle after a preset time period (in minutes).
Show Clock - Show Clock to display clock in the application main page.
Default Hotkey Template - Default Hot Key Template to be used as a default template.
Default Market Watch profile - Default Market Watch profile to be reflected in Market Watch on every login.
Default Market Watch View for Tablet - Default Market Watch view for Tablet.
Show Sparkline at suggested interval of ticks.
Configure the settings, as required.
Click Save, to make the configured values to act as the new default general value set.
Click Restore Defaults, to restore default settings.

Click Order tab. You can configure the following Order settings:
Market Segment - Initially always display the selected market segment. NSE EQ / NSE FO / BSE EQ / BSE FO / MCX FO/ NCDEX FO/MCXSX CUR
Popup Confirmation On - Set confirmation message box on placing a Fresh order, confirming an order, placing a market order or canceling an order.
Set Focus on Price Product Type such as Margin, Delivery, MTF, PTST
Specify Counter Touchline Quantity
Select Value Based or Quantity Lots
Quantity Alert (in Market Lot) - Select default Value to be displayed for Quantity Alert (in Market Lot)
Price Alert (% of LTP) - You can set default Price Alert (% of Last Traded Price)
Value Alert (Quantity* Price) - You can set default value Alert (Quantity * Price)
Click Save, to make the configured values to act as the new default order value set.
Click Restore Defaults, to restore default settings.

Calculation Method - Calculation Method to be displayed by default as Classic, Woodie, Camarilla, Fabonacci
Pivot Point formula - as default PP or Custom PP. Accordingly select the required short cut key from the drop-down list provided.
Click Apply, to make the configured values to act as the new Pivot Point Parameter value set.
Click Restore Defaults, to restore default settings.

Click Options/Derivative Chain tab. You can configure the following Options/Derivatives Chain settings:
Interest Rate %
Dividend %
Underlying Price as Equities or Futures
Volatility % Call or Put
Specify Options Price Model as Black & Scholes. For Binomial, specify steps.
Include/Underlying
Click Save, to make the configured values to act as the new default Options/Derivatives Chain value set.
Click Restore Defaults, to restore default settings.
