first install -InstaSafe-Agent-arihant (1).rar
log in with user id which u had provided
for login password- connect me.
again it sennd 2 factor authentication password on his mobile and email id.
after putting 2 factor password- he will be able to login and connect through rdp or vnc, ip address as per sheet

download it install ARCONDeskInsightSetup.rar
follow the process as per text file on the file.
