Click Tools à Key Board Shortcut Key. The Key Board Shortcut Key page is displayed with a list of short cut key details.
Enter a template name.

The details saved successfully message
is displayed and the template name is added in the list.
Click Add

Select the required keys

to display the details in the list below.
In case you want to modify
a particular key, click 
against the required
module. The editable fields
are enabled.
Modify the keys as required.
Click Add
key , to save the modification.

close the editable fields.
To delete a key, navigate to the required Module.

.On confirmation the Module is deleted.
Similarly, to delete a template
name click against the template name. On confirmation
the hot key template is deleted.
