Span Margin

Span Margin View allows the user to gauge the margin requirements of contracts across F&O segments, Currency segment and Commodity segments.

View Span Margin View

1. Click Trading à Span Margin View. The Span Margin page is displayed with following details:

   

   Market Segment	Symbol	Instrument Type
   Expiry Date	Lot Size	Initial Margin Long
   Initial Margin Short	Initial Margin % Long	Initial Margin % Short
   Exposure Margin	Exposure Margin%	Total Margin% Long
   Total Margin Long	Total Margin Short	Total Future Value Long
   Total Future Value Short	Total Margin Short	Total Future Value Long

2. Select Exchange.

3. Select Symbol.

4. Select Expiry Date.

5. Press Enter. Based on the selected conditions Span Margin View page is displayed.

6. Click Refresh ,  to view the recent updated details.

7. Click Filter ().  The filter fields are enabled.

   

8. Specify the filter conditions as required.

9. Click or Press Enter. The details based on filter conditions are displayed in Span Margin page.

10. Click Export to Excel  , to export details in an excel sheet.
